This iced custard and ice cream is one of the most Italian ices I’ve ever iced I love it so much I forgor my name. The fire hydrant behind the store was looking at me funny, though Erica was the most splendid person I’ve ever met. She made my day and my whole week 10 times better, I really just wish that I could live in Rita’s ice place. That would be my one improvement but other than that it’s pretty awesome on a scale from super good to great.

The gelato here is so good! We came here three times and it never disappoints. When we find Damien working is always a pleasure. He greets us and makes us try all the flavors of Italian ice to make us choose the best one. So far we got the margarita, the strawberry lemonade, and the Oreo. All were so good! Can't wait to go back!

Came in the first time with my family. Erica was so helpful and kind while helping us out with our choices. She made sure to give us any samples that would help us. It was a great experience. Definitely worth the trip.

Rita's Italian ice is a pretty large franchise on the east coast. I've been going there for years. I'm so glad that there is one in Colorado Springs. If you've never eaten here, you have to try both the custard, and the Italian ice. They are both wonderful. The best way to try them is to order a gelotti, a layer of custard a layer of ice, and topped again with custard. Their custard is like a really smooth thick creamy soft serve ice cream and is fantastic. Try it today, you'll be glad you did!

My family and I made the decision to try Rita’s on Saturday and when we walked in we were met with a beautiful lady named Erica. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile and was very excited to know this was our first time. She allowed us to try all of the ice and we loved everything tried. Will be returning for sure. God bless.

SO happy to have Rita’s out west. Such good combo of Italian ice and custard. If you’ve never been, go now. Please stay open at this location, Rita’s! All ours in Denver area are closed!
